We want you to be fully satisfied with your Black Bananas gear, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for all items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was faulty.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack the Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached and the products are in unworn condition.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the return shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
